Following the generally binding legal regulations applicable in the territory of the Czech Republic, in particular with the provisions of Act. No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of person, which report violations of Union law, is the relevant authorized person for the performance of activities according to the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers in ALFUN a.s. Mrs. Ing. Eva Hanousková, Zahradní 1610/40, 792 01 Bruntál.

The notifier is entitled to submit a notification to the relevant authorized person through the internal notification system, namely: 

• by sending a notification through the postal service provider to the address of Ing. Eva Hanousková, Zahradní 1610/40, 792 01 Bruntál - into the authorized person's own hands, or
• via electronic communication ( ), or
• in person at an authorized person during working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It is advisable to report a visit to an authorized person in advance by calling +420 552 350 209 (during working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

The company ALFUN a.s. excludes the receipt of notifications following the law from persons who do not perform work for it or other similar activities under § 2 paragraph 3 letter a), b) h) or i). Notifications that will be made in the above ways without indicating the identity of the notifier (anonymously) will not be considered.

The internal notification system of ALFUN a.s. can be used also by the employees of AFBH a.s., ALFUN sk, ALFUN HU and PROCESSING a.s.
